🔍 Objectives
- Raise awareness of both communicable and non-communicable diseases, their risks, and prevention.
- Promote balanced nutrition, simple home remedies, and accessible wellness practices.
- Mark key WHO health observances with relevant campaigns and events
Roles & Responsibilities

Facility Oversight:
Maintain gym, yoga, and fitness equipment; uphold hygiene in locker rooms and exercise zones; enforce safety and first aid readiness

Member Services & Training:
Welcome new members, offer fitness assessments, guide workout plans aligned with health goals, and orient members on equipment usage

Program Delivery:
Organize fitness classes—yoga, Zumba, stretching—and personal training sessions led by certified instructors

Health & Wellness Support
Host seminars or workshops on nutrition, mental health, stress management, first aid, and preventive care

Community Engagement
Run health challenges, partner with local clinics or hospitals for medical camps, and conduct awareness drives

Management & Growth
Manage club records, attendance, budgets; promote the club through events, challenges, and open-to-all initiatives
Programs & Events
- Weekly fitness sessions: Yoga, aerobics, Zumba, led by certified trainers.
- Wellness workshops: Covering mental health, nutrition, stress relief, and first aid.
- Medical camps: Health check-ups, blood donation drives, vaccination awareness.
- Fitness challenges: Step-count contests, gym adherence milestones, wellness hackathons.
